The Van.Travel service is an easy and comfortable transportation service to and from the Cancun International Airport to your hotel.

The hotel transportation service runs from Cancun airport to virtually all hotels in Cancun and the Mayan Riviera.

1. Book Online

Reserve your trip on our website in minutes. You'll receive a confirmation voucher by email.

2. Meet Our Rep

When you arrive, exit the main terminal and look for our representative holding the VAN.TRAVEL sign.

3. Show Your Voucher

Present your printed voucher, show it on your phone, or simply give your name, hotel and number of passengers.

4. Board Your Vehicle

Wait at the boarding ramp — our rep will stay with you throughout the boarding process.

5. Return Service

If you booked a round trip, ask the representative for your return coupon and confirm your hotel pickup time.

One-Way & Return Trips

Trip Options
  • All hotel routes can be booked one-way or round trip.
  • One-way: airport → hotel, or hotel → airport.
  • Round trip: airport → hotel → airport.
  • Hotel-to-Hotel: transportation between hotels.
  • Booking a return trip is cheaper — and one less thing to worry about!
Return Pickup Policy

When picking up travellers from their hotel, the service runs with a ±15 minute window around the scheduled pickup time, allowing for unexpected traffic.

The driver will pick you up at the hotel entrance near the bellboy counter.
